Caroline breeds free range pigs on her farm in Curragh Chase. The care and attention she gives the pigs and the care and attention she gives to her production process results in amazing pork and bacon products that we are both proud and delighted to use. Caroline is a pioneer and a true food hero.
Leahy’s Goat Farm
Killenure Dexter
Killenure Castle is a farm with a difference under the eye of Artist/Farmer Eavaun Carmody they have championed the Dexter breed and are responsible for securing the future of the Dexter breed and ancient Irish breed of small cow ideal for small holdings of the past. Sustainability and community play’s a large role on the farm and we are proud to do our bit to help.

Crowes Farm
John Paul rears slow grown outdoor pigs on the family farm in Dundrum Co. Tipperary. TJ, Ned & Patrick Crowe operate the family butchery. They use traditional farming and production methods to secure the best possible lives for their animals and the best possible product for their many happy customers.
Flaggy Shore Oysters
The Flaggy Shore in North Clare is home to the Red Bank Food Company who produce some of the finest shellfish on Ireland and maybe the world. We have selected Flaggy Shore Dainty Oysters over other great Irish producers because of the amazing flavour and freshness. Rene Cusack’s
Cusack’s have been supplying the people of Limerick with fresh fish for years. They have two city centre shops including one in the famous Limerick Milk Market. Paul Cusack has a great inherited and developed knowledge of fish and we are happy to benefit from it with the best of Irish fish and shellfish delivered to our door.
Adare Farm Ice Cream
Based right here in Adare the ice cream is produced with fresh milk and cream from the Relihan family herd since 2005. It’s a taste of Adare and the Golden Vale all in one scoop.
Velvet Cloud Yoghurt
Hand made sheep’s milk yoghurt from the Flanagan family farm in Claremorris Co. Mayo. A real luxurious spoonful of unctuousness that complements many dishes on all our menus. Sheep’s milk is unusual in an Irish context, but this family have hit on something that will win you over.
Jim O’Brien
Jim O’Brien is based in Ballyhahill Co. Limerick. It fills us with pride when people comment on how good his gouda is and we can tell them just how near by he is. Jim produces a cheddar and a feta that are also amazing.
Bally Goat’s Cheese
Bally Goat’s Cheese from Ballyquirke in Newcastlewest are the new “kids” on the block. A rich creamy goats’ cheese from the Flanagan family delivered to us every week by the always smiling Breda. We strive to support as many local producers as possible and when they make something as good as this its an easy choice for us.
Ardsallagh Goats Cheese
The Murphy family have been making Ardallagh Goats Cheese for over 20 years in Carrigtwohill Co. Cork. Starting out by using Goats Milk to help cure a family members eczema they are now a fully fledged dairy supporting a number of farms including their own . We use their Feta style cheese
Toonsbridge
Toonsbridge Dairy in Cork are also the Real Olive Company they are a company importing Mediterranean ingredients and cheeses since 1993 , but decided to take the massive step of producing the cheeses themselves and set up the dairy in 2009. We use their Halloumi and its one of our favourite ingredients in the kitchen.
Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms
Lucy and Mark based in the Ballyhoura Mountains straddling the counties of Limerick, Tipperary and Cork. They forage seasonally for wild mushrooms, wild ingredients and cultivate their own mushrooms also. Their own mushrooms are pesticide and chemical free and they grow over 10 varieties throughout the year.
New Leaf Urban Farm
Kevin and Graham farm just outside Limerick city in Ballyneety. Their hard work, dedication and organic ethos produces leaves and vegetables that are simply beautiful. Our salads burst with flavour and colour just from the leaves before we ever add a garnish. They are an example of what can be achieved against the odds and a shining light in the Limerick food scene.
Little Greens Co.
Gavan is another of our local food heroes, on a weekly basis he brings micro cress of countless varieties that bring pops of flavour and colour to our dishes. Another supplier whose organic ethos and dedication helps us to produce great fresh and flavoursome food.
