About Our Suppliers

Caroline Rigney

Caroline breeds free range pigs on her farm in Curragh Chase. The care and attention she gives the pigs and the care and attention she gives to her production process results in amazing pork and bacon products that we are both proud and delighted to use. Caroline is a pioneer and a true food hero.

Velvet Cloud Yoghurt

Hand made sheep’s milk yoghurt from the Flanagan family farm in Claremorris Co. Mayo. A real luxurious spoonful of unctuousness that complements many dishes on all our menus. Sheep’s milk is unusual in an Irish context, but this family have hit on something that will win you over.

Ardsallagh Goats Cheese

The Murphy family  have been making Ardsallagh Goats Cheese for over 20 years in Carrigtwohill Co. Cork. Starting out by using Goats Milk to help cure a family members eczema they are now a fully fledged dairy supporting a number of farms including their own . We use their Feta style cheese

Toons Bridge Dairy

Toons Bridge Dairy in Cork are also the Real Olive Company they are a company importing Mediterranean ingredients and cheeses since 1993 , but decided to take the massive step of producing the cheeses themselves and set up the dairy in 2009. We use their Halloumi and its one of our favourite ingredients in the kitchen.

New Leaf Urban Farm

Kevin Wallace farms just outside Limerick city in Ballyneety. Their hard work, dedication and organic ethos produces leaves and vegetables that are simply beautiful. Our salads burst with flavour and colour just from the leaves before we ever add a garnish. They are an example of what can be achieved against the odds and a shining light in the Limerick food scene.
